OBA, a Groundworks company, is seeking a talented Foreman to join their team in Cleveland, OH.

The Foreman provides leadership to their crew and is an integral part of our success. Responsibilities include coordinating tasks and assignments based on work priority, schedules, objectives, and workforce availability. The Foreman monitors project progress to ensure it stays on track regarding time and budget. Candidates with experience in foundation repair, crawl space encapsulation, basement waterproofing, concrete lifting solutions, and team leadership are ideal for this position.

Job Responsibilities of Foreman:

• Lead a high-performance team serving customers locally.
• Review job specifications to determine materials, tools, and equipment needed.
• Assess job site conditions; plan work based on time, tools, and work order; assign duties to crew.
• Install products and services with support from trained professionals.
• Troubleshoot and innovate to meet standards and schedules.
• Provide superior quality and service to customers onsite.
• Complete and submit all final documentation accurately.
• Supervise crew and provide on-the-job training.
• Drive company vehicle to and from job sites daily.

Requirements to join as a Foreman:

• Strong communication skills, motivation, and teamwork abilities.
• Experience leading crews or small teams.
• Basic construction or mechanical knowledge.
• Valid, non-restrictive driver’s license.
• Ability to enter crawl spaces and confined areas.
• Other duties as assigned.

Physical requirements:

• Lifting objects up to 50 lbs., walking and standing for long periods, performing strenuous labor.
• Manual dexterity and multi-limb coordination required.
• Excellent stamina needed.
• Ability to read reports and data on screens.
