Position: Construction Carpenter - Create with Passion and Precision

Responsibilities:

As a Construction Carpenter at Johnson Construction Group, you will be responsible for accurate, timely, and safe construction of rough and finish carpentry work on commercial and residential construction projects. Your key duties will include:

  • Utilizing your construction expertise to interpret blueprints and plans, determining installation methods, work procedures, and material/tool requirements.
  • Executing precise rough and finish carpentry work with meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
  • Applying analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail to build new structures and repair existing ones.
  • Maintaining a safe, clean, and organized work area.
  • Ensuring the care and cleanliness of work equipment and vehicles.
  • Demonstrating a strong work ethic based on principles of honesty and integrity.
  • Working in a safe manner and adhering to all safety policies during job duties.
  • Possessing knowledge of commercial and residential construction.
  • Excelling both as an independent worker and as a team member.
  • Exhibiting exceptional critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Utilizing smartphone technology effectively.
  • Capably performing physically demanding tasks.
  • Thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Reading blueprints, sketches, and other client specifications as required.

Legally eligible to work in the US.

Possessing a valid driver's license and reliable transportation to and from work.
