We are looking for an experienced Senior Foreman Carpenter to lead and oversee our carpentry team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising carpentry work, ensuring project timelines are met, and maintaining quality and safety standards on-site. Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the carpentry team.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to plan and execute work.
• Ensure all formwork and carpentry tasks are completed according to project requirements and safety standards.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to carpenters and apprentices.
• Conduct inspections to ensure quality control and compliance with industry regulations.
• Coordinate with site managers, engineers, and other tradespeople to optimise workflow.
• Manage materials, tools, and equipment efficiently.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Extensive experience as a Carpenter, with previous leadership or foreman experience.
• Strong understanding of construction blueprints, formwork systems, and carpentry techniques.
• Proficiency in using hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
• Ability to manage a team effectively and delegate tasks appropriately.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of workplace health and safety regulations.
• Certification or apprenticeship in carpentry or a related field.
