OBA, a Groundworks company, is seeking a talented Foreman to join their team in Cleveland, OH.

The Foreman provides leadership to their crew, coordinating tasks based on work priority, schedules, objectives, and workforce availability. They monitor project progress to ensure it stays on track regarding time and budget. Candidates with experience in foundation repair, crawl space encapsulation, basement waterproofing, concrete lifting solutions, and team leadership are ideal.

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead a high-performance team serving local customers
• Review job specifications, determine needed materials, tools, and equipment
• Assess on-site conditions, plan work, assign duties
• Install products/services with support from trained professionals
• Innovate and troubleshoot to meet standards and deadlines
• Provide quality service to customers
• Complete and deliver all documentation accurately
• Supervise crew, train Installers and Co-Foremen
• Drive company vehicle to/from job sites

Requirements:

• Strong communication, motivation, teamwork skills
• Experience leading crews or small teams
• Basic construction or mechanical knowledge
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to enter crawl spaces and confined areas
• Other duties as assigned

Physical Requirements:

• Lift objects up to 50 lbs., walk, stand, perform strenuous labor
• Use manual dexterity, coordinate limbs, support over time
• Good stamina, visual ability for reading reports and screens
