Job summary

RPM xConstruction, LLC in Texas is seeking an experienced Foreman to lead field crews on road and infrastructure projects. You will oversee operations, ensure safety protocols, and deliver quality work on schedule across commercial, residential, and industrial sites.

The role requires a minimum of five years as a foreman, a High School Diploma or GED, and ability to work 5am–6pm, Monday through Saturday. You will train operators, visit job sites weekly, and uphold OSHA/MSHA/DOT safety guidelines

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Basic understanding of English to read and understand work instructions and safety information.
• Must be able to follow directions.
• Ability to meet physical demands of the job which include, but are not limited to: walking, bending, pushing, pulling, lifting, sitting, squatting, and occasionally lifting and carrying items which may weigh up to 25 pounds.
• Minimum of five years experience as a foreman
• Vision and hearing must be within or correctable to within normal range.
• Must be available for work 5am - 6pm Monday through Saturdays.
• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is exposed to machines and chemicals at various times. The noise level in the work environment is usually high.

Responsibilities

• Fulfill all duties and responsibilities of the Operators.
• Trains new operators and laborers such that they are fully operational within one week.
• Visits all job sites, observing employees while on the job such that each employee is observed at least once a week.
• Provides leadership guidance to employees.
• Attends all scheduled meetings.
• Follow all safety procedures and guidelines.
• Actively demonstrates teamwork at all times.
• Follows all OSHA, MSHA, DOT and other safety guidelines.
• Provides excellent customer service, for both internal and external customers.
