Job summary

Arcosa, Inc. is seeking a plant supervisor in Escondido, CA to lead daily operations for crushed concrete and related materials.

You will direct production activities, monitor equipment, ensure safety and quality compliance, and drive on-time delivery while maintaining accurate records. Ideal candidates will have 3–5 years in aggregate/concrete plant ops, with at least 2 years in supervisory roles, plus strong leadership and the ability to read blueprints and schedules.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3–5 years in aggregate or concrete plant ops, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Knowledge of crushing equipment, loaders, haul trucks, and pugmills.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and production schedules.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Must pass drug screening, physical exam, and background check.
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

What you'll need:

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training preferred

• Knowledge of crushing equipment, loaders, haul trucks, and pugmill operations
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and production schedules

Compensation:

The Pay Range for this position is $36.45/hour to $40.00/hour with the midpoint at $38.22. Starting pay rate will be determined by the successful applicant's relevant experience and skill base. This position is non-exempt and eligible for overtime pay.
