Job summary

Arcosa Inc. is seeking a supervisor for our aggregate/concrete plant operations in California. You will lead daily plant activities to meet production goals, supervise crew members, and ensure safety, quality, and timeliness in all processes.

You will oversee equipment performance, coordinate maintenance, read blueprints and production schedules, and maintain records. This role requires at least 3–5 years in plant ops with supervisory experience and a strong focus on safety and efficiency.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training preferred.
• 3–5 years of aggregate/concrete plant ops experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisor role.
• Knowledge of crushing equipment, loaders, haul trucks, and pugmill operations.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and production schedules.
• Must pass drug screening, physical exam, and background check.
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions and lift up to 50 lbs.

Compensation

The Pay Range for this position is $36.45/hour to $40.00/hour with the midpoint at $38.22. Starting pay rate will be determined by the successful applicant's relevant experience and skill base. This position is non-exempt and eligible for overtime pay.
