Job summary

The candidate will assist on international agreements (MOAs/MOUs/DEAs), IPT/WG participation, and program reviews, while tracking risk and preparing acquisition documents and presentations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of FMS experience developing/fielding/sustaining systems, ISR ops, or PB Acquisition/FMS.
• Active Secret clearance required.

Overview BlueWater Federal is looking for a Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Program Analyst to support the Naval Expeditionary Program Office which falls under Program Executive Office Unmanned and Small Combatants (PEO USC). Responsibilities * Execute/support FMS case lifecycle (initiation to closure) and policy actions

• Assist on international agreements (MOAs/MOUs/DEAs), IPT/WG participation, program reviews, risk tracking, acquisition docs, and presentations; non-voting support to contract admin actions (no OCI).
• 5+ years of FMS experience-developing/fielding/sustaining systems, ISR ops, or Performance-Based Acquisition/FMS.
