Military, Veterans and Diverse Job Seekers is seeking a Foreign Military Sales Analyst to collaborate with thought leaders on FMS and Security Cooperation projects. You will research, analyze, plan, and support the Navy in expanding U.S.

Security Cooperation objectives, applying advanced consulting skills and extensive technical expertise to develop innovative solutions. The role includes directing FMS case management in DSAMS, tracking cases through development and execution, and mentoring team

Qualifications

• Experience with FMS case management support or FMS financial management support.
• Experience developing FMS cases in DSAMS.
• Experience tracking FMS cases through the development and execution process.
• Knowledge of DSAMS, MISIL, SCIP, IW, or Navy ERP system.
• Knowledge of defense acquisition systems.

Foreign Military Sales Analyst

Key Role:

Collaborate with thought leaders in consulting on projects for Foreign Military Sales (FMS) and Security Cooperation. Research, develop, analyze, assess, plan, and support the Navy in expanding U.S. Security Cooperation objectives. Bring in-depth understanding and expertise to one or more aspects of service or joint missions, processes, and culture. Apply advanced consulting skills and extensive technical expertise, and full industry knowledge. Develop innovative solutions to complex problems. Work without considerable direction, and mentor and may supervise team members.

Basic Qualifications:

• Experience with FMS case management support or FMS financial management support


• Experience with developing FMS cases in Defense Security Assistance Management System (DSAMS)


• Experience with tracking FMS cases through the development and execution process


• Knowledge of Defense Security Assistance Management System (DSAMS), Management Information System, International Logistics (MISIL), Security Cooperation Information Portal (SCIP), Information Warehouse (IW), or Navy Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system

Additional Qualifications:

• Knowledge of the defense acquisition systems

Clearance:
