Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking an FMS Case Manager to support a major Department of Defense security assistance program. This role manages the full lifecycle of Foreign Military Sales (FMS) cases involving communications, surveillance, intelligence, and other defense systems for international partners.

Responsibilities include coordinating LOAs, equipment, training, logistics, shipping, and support, while tracking funding, milestones, and program status.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher with 5+ years of relevant experience, or an Associate's degree with 7+ years.
• Experience in FMS, Security Assistance, logistics, acquisition, contracts, finance, or program management is preferred.

• Manage FMS cases from initial customer requirements through delivery and sustainment.
• Support development of LOAs (Letters of Offer and Acceptance).
• Coordinate equipment, training, logistics, shipping, and support requirements.
• Track case execution, funding, milestones, and overall program status.
• Collaborate with government, military, and contractor stakeholders to ensure successful case delivery.

Qualifications

• Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret or Top Secret clearance.
• Experience supporting FMS, Security Assistance, logistics, acquisition, contracts, finance, or program management activities preferred.

Compensation & Benefits

• $90,000 - $115,000 (based on experience)
