Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years experience in mortgage foreclosures and bankruptcy.
• Knowledge of the foreclosure and bankruptcy investor guidelines and state regulations.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Oversees contested foreclosure volume and bankruptcy adversary proceedings.
• Monitors progress of contested foreclosure actions including case management.
• Works with foreclosure attorneys to minimize delays.
