• Represent secured and unsecured creditors and other parties in Chapter 11 proceedings.
• Handle creditor-side matters including workouts, restructurings, foreclosures, receiverships.
• Prepare and argue motions, objections, briefs, and other litigation filings.
• Review and analyze financial statements, bankruptcy schedules, disclosure statements, plans of reorganization, and related documentation.
• Negotiate settlements and resolutions in bankruptcy and commercial litigation matters, and assist with bankruptcy-related appellate matters.
• Independently manage complex matters with minimum supervision and work collaboratively across the firm on bankruptcy, insolvency, creditors' rights, and commercial litigation matters.
