Lendmark Financial Services LLC is seeking a Bankruptcy and Litigation Support Service Representative to join our centralized operations. You will support our bankruptcy portfolio and litigation processes, delivering responsive service while navigating complex bankruptcy procedures.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, up to 2 years in consumer finance, and strong communication and multitasking abilities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED from accredited institution.
• 0-2 years consumer finance experience.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to multi-task and pay attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Operate the toll-free Bankruptcy and Litigation Support line, addressing inquiries and routing to specialists.
• Review daily bankruptcy files and perform account maintenance.
• Identify bankruptcy-related accounts and update records with borrower status.
• Review attorneys' status reports and process remittances.
• Respond to internal/external emails regarding bankrupt and legal flagged accounts.
• Other duties as assigned.
