Qualifications
2–5 years of experience in title examination or related field.
Ability to review title commitments, public records, and real estate documents.
Strong analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail.
Responsibilities
Review title commitments, reports, public records, and related real estate documents.
Analyze ownership history and establish accurate title chains.
Identify title defects, liens, encumbrances, and priority issues.
Enter and maintain title information in the firm's case management system.
Prepare concise summaries of title findings and recommended actions.
Coordinate with title companies, lenders, and attorneys to obtain corrective documents.
Assist with FHA and VA title packages when applicable.
