• Strong analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Review title commitments, reports, public records, and related real estate documents.
• Analyze ownership history and establish accurate title chains.
• Identify title defects, liens, encumbrances, and priority issues.
• Enter and maintain title information in the firm's case management system.
• Prepare concise summaries of title findings and recommended actions.
• Coordinate with title companies, lenders, and attorneys to obtain corrective documents.
• Assist with FHA and VA title packages when applicable.
