Qualifications

• Active Illinois Bar license in good standing.
• 3–5 years of commercial litigation or creditors' rights experience.
• Experience handling hearings, trials, and dispositive motions.
• Strong knowledge of Illinois civil procedure and evidentiary rules.
• Ability to manage a high-volume caseload with deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Document Review & Drafting: Review and sign legal documents and pleadings while conducting thorough legal research.
• Courtroom Advocacy: Actively appear in court for foreclosure, eviction, and bankruptcy matters.
• Special Projects: Perform additional legal duties as assigned by firm leadership.
