Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit bankruptcy pleadings, notices, and letters for attorney and client review
• Review foreclosure files to determine chain of title and correct as needed
• Adjust pleadings per attorney/client revision requests
• Process court results by updating case management and client systems
• Update client systems (ICE, Tempo, ADR) as applicable
• Electronically file bankruptcy pleadings
• Review and forward ECF notifications to attorneys
• Schedule hearings for attorneys or Co-Counsel
• Notify clients of new bankruptcy filings and dismissals
• Monitor bankruptcy files for compliance with requirements
• Request fee approvals for bankruptcy files
