Job summary

McMichael Taylor Gray, LLC is seeking a Foreclosure Specialist for our New York division. The role will support attorneys with movement of files, initial document preparation for attorney review, and ensuring compliance with legal and industry requirements.

A minimum of 1–3 years in lender processing or default services within the legal domain is preferred, with familiarity in Case Aware, Perfect Practice, Black Knight, Tempo, and strong MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• Drafting legal documents for attorney review in preparation of sale.
• Respond to a heavy volume of email with timely, courteous responses.
• Communicate with client(s) in the respective client system(s) and via email.
• Provide regular and timely client status updates, with follow-up on outstanding documents.

Responsibilities

• Draft correspondence with clients and other agencies involved in foreclosure process.
• Answer phone calls from prospective purchasers, borrowers, or lenders.
• Perform other duties as assigned
