• Maintain and update the case management system with current status.
• Draft foreclosure documents for attorney review (debt affidavits, payoffs, reinstatement quotes).
• Calendar follow-ups and ensure items are completed before deadlines.
• Handle calls from borrowers in default and communicate needs clearly.
• Prepare reports for clients and internal stakeholders.
