Job summary

McMichael Taylor Gray, LLC seeks a Foreclosure Specialist for Non-Judicial States to support attorneys in our Tennessee division. You will coordinate file movement with clients, draft documents for attorney review, and ensure compliance with legal requirements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred
• 1–3 years in lender processing or default services in legal domain
• Familiar with client/case management systems Case Aware, Perfect Practice, Black Knight, Tempo
• Proficient in MS Office applications (Outlook, Teams)
• Strong attention to accuracy and customer service
• Ability to communicate courteously with borrowers, clients, attorneys and others
• Capable of prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines
• Knowledge of SCRA a plus

Responsibilities

• Draft legal documents for attorney review in preparation of sale
• Handle high volume email correspondence promptly and courteously
• Communicate with clients in client systems and via email
• Provide regular status updates and follow-up on documents/services
• Maintain information related to team documents
• Draft correspondence with clients and other agencies in foreclosure
• Answer calls from prospective purchasers, borrowers, or lenders
• Perform other duties as assigned
