Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support attorneys with movement of files and document prep for attorney review.
• Complete steps in client and case management systems in a timely manner.
• Ensure compliance with legal and industry requirements.
• Draft correspondence with clients and other agencies involved in foreclosure.
• Answer calls from prospective purchasers, borrowers, or lenders; perform other duties as assigned.
