Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience practicing law focusing on finance, real estate, or representation of financial institutions in real estate matters.
• State Bar membership in good standing where practicing.
• Willingness to learn foreclosure and real estate law if not already experienced.

Responsibilities

• Oversee high-volume statewide foreclosure matters and expeditious file handling.
• Liaise between the firm, clients, vendors, outside counsel, courts, trustees, and other foreclosure personnel.
• Manage files by applicable foreclosure rules and firm timelines.
• Prepare, review, and present pleadings and other legal documents; argue merits at hearings or trials.
• Attend and/or conduct public auctions as needed.
• Maintain accurate updates in client and firm management systems.
