Responsibilities

• Manage litigation caseload from referral through disposition.
• Attend hearings, conduct discovery, and prepare court filings.
• Provide legal advice to clients and research applicable statutes/case law.
• Resolve title issues and perform curative actions as needed.
• Communicate with clients, borrowers, and opposing counsel while maintaining confidentiality.
