Job summary

Robertson, Anschutz, Schneid, Crane & Partners, PLLC seeks a Sales Legal Assistant to support the Sales Department in foreclosure matters. You will review files, prepare and file legal documents, communicate with clients and courts, and monitor deadlines to keep case information accurate in internal and client systems.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable managing a high-volume workload with competing deadlines.

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor’s degree required.
• Prior legal office or administrative experience preferred.
• Experience with court filings or case-management systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform detailed loan-level and case reviews to identify outstanding requirements and ensure files are prepared for upcoming foreclosure sales.
• Review files for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with established procedures and client requirements.
• Draft and prepare motions, notices, correspondence, and other sale-related legal documents.
