Robertson, Anschutz, Schneid, Crane & Partners, PLLC is seeking a Sales Legal Assistant for our Boca Raton office. This full-time, in-office role supports the Sales Department in foreclosure matters, reviews files, drafts and files legal documents, and coordinates with clients and courts to monitor deadlines.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable managing a high-volume workload.

Qualifikationen

• Associate or bachelor’s Degree required.
• Basic QA/QC principles strongly preferred.
• Prior legal office or administrative experience preferred.
• Prior experience with court filings, legal documents, or case-management systems is a plus.

• Perform detailed loan-level and case reviews to identify requirements for upcoming foreclosure sales.
• Review files for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with procedures and client requirements.
• Draft and prepare motions, notices, correspondence, and other sale-related legal documents.
