Responsibilities

• Conduct foreclosure referral eligibility quality reviews prior to referral.
• Verify accuracy of all financial figures in foreclosure processes.
• Review pre-sale checklists to ensure compliance.
• Verify foreclosure documents before submission to executor.
• Ship executed documents to counsel promptly.
• Manage reports to monitor workflow and identify risks.
• Prioritize work to ensure timely resolutions for partners.
• Follow all policies and maintain compliance.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
