Pennymac is seeking a skilled Foreclosure Specialist II to independently manage foreclosure caseloads, prepare legal filings, and coordinate with attorneys and vendors. The role emphasizes accuracy, regulatory compliance, and mentorship of junior staff, with opportunities to lead special projects.

Ideal candidates bring two+ years in foreclosure or related fields, strong analytical skills, and proficiency with MS Office. This is an on-site position supporting a nationwide mortgage platform.

Competenze

• Two years of Foreclosure Specialist experience or related field.
• Knowledge of federal, state, and investor foreclosure requirements.
• Ability to manage complex foreclosure cases and mentor juniors.

Mansioni

• Manage a caseload of foreclosure accounts, track deadlines, ensure policy compliance.
• Oversee preparation and execution of legal documents for foreclosures.
• Communicate with attorneys, property vendors, and service providers.
• Ensure actions are accurate, timely, and compliant with regulations.
• Compute judgments and bid amounts, analyze financial data.
