Newrez is seeking a Director of Preservation & Post-Foreclosure to lead the Property Preservation and Post-Foreclosure teams. You will guide staff, manage field vendors, and ensure compliance across investor guidelines and regulations throughout the loan lifecycle.

You will oversee post-foreclosure activities, CWCOT, conveyance, and third-party remittance, while tracking KPIs and driving process improvements on-site.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 8+ years of property preservation and post-foreclosure/real estate experience.
• 5+ years of leadership experience.

Aufgaben

• Provide leadership and mentor staff to develop skills and improve processes.
• Manage field services vendors ensuring compliance with requirements.
• Oversee vendor performance scorecards and monthly reviews.
• Coordinate inspections and related reports with stakeholders.
• Update system/files to reflect collateral status and investor view.
• Oversee post-foreclosure processes including CWCOT, conveyance, deeds.
• Maintain department workflow, staffing, KPIs, and budgets.
• Provide training for new employees and ongoing education.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
