Job summary

Newrez is seeking a Director of Preservation & Post-Foreclosure to lead the Property Preservation and Post-Foreclosure teams, ensuring timely and accurate maintenance of assets per guidelines and regulations. You will oversee post-foreclosure activities, manage staff, vendors, and performance metrics, and drive process improvements across the department.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• 8+ years of property preservation and post-foreclosure/real estate experience required.
• 5+ years of leadership experience required.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance and leadership for management and staff.
• Lead and mentor staff to develop and reinforce skills, improve processes and procedures, and increase overall effectiveness.
• Oversee field services vendors to meet requirements and address deficiencies.
• Manage vendor performance scorecards and conduct monthly performance reviews.
• Coordinate inspections, occupancy and damage reports, and related actions.
• Ensure timely updating of systems/files to reflect collateral status.
• Oversee timely post-foreclosure processes including CWCOT, conveyance, deed recording, and fund remittance.
• Maintain department workflow, staffing, and KPIs.
