Qualifications

• 3-5 years Judicial Foreclosure experience, preferably with corporate/legal groups.
• Working knowledge of 1st lien/2nd lien foreclosures.
• Minimum 1+ years mortgage servicing experience.
• Minimum 3+ years Foreclosure experience.
• Previous supervisory experience in a team-centered environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee servicer's mortgage accounts to ensure sales comply with state and federal laws and investor guidelines.
• Recommend and implement process improvement strategies while updating Policy and Procedure Manual.
• Assist in developing and implementing a modified Foreclosure organization.
• Review Foreclosure team processes to identify efficiencies and cost savings.
• Provide data support for Monthly Management Meetings and reports.
• Coordinate with department managers on change management implementation.
• Serve as liaison between management and departments and apply change policies.
• Develop workforce planning strategies and strengthen vendor relationships.
