Responsibilities

• Oversee servicer's mortgage accounts to ensure sales comply with laws and investor guidelines.
• Recommend and implement process improvements; assist with Policy/Procedure Manual.
• Develop and implement modified Foreclosure organization.
• Review Foreclosure team processes to identify efficiencies and cost savings.
• Provide data support for Monthly Management Meetings; ensure accurate billing.
