Qualifications

• Must have 5+ years direct foreclosure or mortgage servicing experience.
• Experience in the legal field with law firm desired.
• Ability to read mortgage loan documents and explain servicing processes under oath.
• Strong communication, analytical and organizational skills.
• Willing to travel more than 50% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of contested foreclosure cases.
• Appear in-person and telephonically as records custodian and witness.
• Read and interpret mortgage loan documents for litigation.
• Coordinate with attorneys for discovery and settlement.
• Track actions and witness requirements in case management systems.
• Identify issues and report trends to supervisors.
