Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking an experienced litigation support assistant to help manage foreclosure cases, process discovery, and support the legal team. You will handle case-related documents and assist with special projects while ensuring timely responses to requests.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of foreclosure experience, strong Microsoft Office skills, and experience with BKFS/LoanSphere, plus solid communication and problem-solving abilities. Travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned foreclosure litigation cases and inventory.
• Process attorney requests for media issues, settlement authority, check requests, and other matters to bring suits to resolution.
• Process discovery, complaint, and counterclaim actions, potentially including executing documents.
• Provide support to the Supervisor and legal department on assigned cases.
• Provide information support to legal recovery efforts.
• Identify and elevate liability issues or matters above authority level.
• Identify and elevate trends that could become problematic in future suits.
• Assist with special projects assigned by management.
• Accept special tasks and assume responsibility for achieving objectives.
• Potentially testify at depositions or trials in person, by phone, or via Zoom.
• Perform related duties assigned by the supervisor.
