Jobot is hiring a permanent Litigation Attorney specializing in foreclosure and creditors' rights for our Melville Port Chester hybrid office. The role focuses on lender representation, mortgage servicing issues, and bankruptcy litigation, with a strong emphasis on negotiation and client service.

The ideal candidate has a JD, NY bar admission, and at least 2 years in the field. Compensation ranges from $120,000 to $200,000 per year, with a bonus potential and a supportive, high-volume practice

Qualifications

• Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school.
• Bar admission in good standing in NY or applicable state.
• Minimum 2 years of litigation experience focused on foreclosure, creditors' rights, and bankruptcy litigation.

Responsibilities

• Represent and counsel clients on foreclosure, creditors' rights, and bankruptcy matters.
• Advise on mortgage servicing, loss mitigation, and REO.
• Develop case strategy, conduct discovery, draft motions, and negotiate settlements.
