You will draft pleadings, attend hearings, manage a large caseload, interact with clients and opposing counsel, and help develop creative solutions to mitigate client risk. J.D. and NY Bar in good standing are required; remote/hybrid options may be available after training.

Qualifications

• 5 years of foreclosure litigation experience required.
• Juris Doctorate and member in good standing of the NY Bar required.

Responsibilities

• Drafting and reviewing pleadings for compliance with laws and regulations.
• Attending hearings and status conferences.
• Interacting with clients, opposing counsel and team members.
• Managing and prioritizing a large caseload with strategic solutions to mitigate client risk.
