Jobot is seeking a dynamic Litigation Attorney specializing in Foreclosure and Creditors' Rights to join our team in Melville or Port Chester. The role focuses on lender-side foreclosure matters with a strong emphasis on negotiation, strategy, and client service.

The ideal candidate has a Juris Doctorate, bar admission, and at least 2 years of litigation experience in foreclosure, creditors' rights, and related areas. Hybrid capacity and meaningful growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• JD required from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the state bar in good standing.
• Minimum of 2 years as a litigation attorney with focus on foreclosure, creditors' rights, bankruptcy litigation, and lender representation.
• Experience with mortgage servicing, motion practice, default servicing, loss mitigation, REO, and title litigation.

Responsibilities

• Represent and counsel clients on foreclosure, creditors' rights, and bankruptcy litigation.
• Provide expert advice on mortgage servicing, loss mitigation, and REO.
• Conduct discovery and develop case strategy for successful litigation outcomes.
• Attend court appearances, draft and argue motions, and negotiate settlements.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of creditor-side laws and regulations; ensure filings are compliant.
• Collaborate with attorneys and paralegals to manage a high-volume caseload.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients and provide strategic advice.
• Conduct title litigation and manage all aspects of default servicing.

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Permanent Litigation Attorney specializing in Foreclosure and Creditors' Rights to join our esteemed legal team. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned professional with a deep understanding of the legal industry, particularly in the areas of foreclosure, creditors' rights, and bankruptcy litigation. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent negotiation skills, a strong commitment to client service, and a proven track record in lender representation and default servicing.

Responsibilities

• Represent and counsel clients on matters related to foreclosure, creditors' rights, and bankruptcy litigation.
• Provide expert advice on mortgage servicing, loss mitigation, and REO.
• Conduct comprehensive discovery and case strategy development to ensure successful litigation outcomes.
• Attend court appearances, draft and argue motions, and negotiate settlements on behalf of clients.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of creditor‑side laws and regulations, and ensure all case handling and court filings are compliant.
• Collaborate with a team of attorneys and paralegals to manage a high‑volume caseload effectively.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and strategic advice.
• Conduct title litigation and manage all aspects of default servicing.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school.

• Experience with electronic case management systems is a plus.
