Job summary

Robertson, Anschutz, Schneid, Crane & Partners, PLLC is seeking a detail‑oriented Foreclosure Legal Assistant in Florida to support the foreclosure practice. You will file documents electronically, perform compliance checks, and ensure timely progress on filings across the state.

The ideal candidate maintains accuracy in a fast-paced legal setting, communicates effectively with attorneys and court staff, and handles multiple deadlines with strong organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Experience with Florida e‑filing platforms (e‑Portal, Simplifile, PACER, SCRA websites) preferred.
• Foreclosure compliance procedures familiarity is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a deadline‑driven environment.
• Excellent oral, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to analyze corrective action opportunities and present recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and electronically file legal documents in foreclosure matters throughout Florida.
• Conduct compliance searches (SCRA, PACER, public records).
• Ensure filings and milestones are accurate, complete, and timely.
• Communicate with attorneys, paralegals, clerks, and court personnel to resolve issues.
• Maintain internal case management systems and digital records.
• Provide general administrative and legal support to ensure smooth workflow.
