Responsibilities include updating client websites and case management systems, reviewing documents, and filing correspondence while meeting deadlines and communicating effectively to resolve issues.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Paralegal certification or associated degree preferred.
• Typing speed 45 WPM and strong MS Office skills required.

Responsibilities

• Update client websites and systems in the firm’s case management software.
• Retrieve, review and analyze client documents to ensure accuracy for filing.
• Prepare and file documents and correspondence.
• Prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
• Communicate effectively with attorneys, clients, or docket staff to resolve issues.
