SouthLaw, P.C. in West Des Moines seeks a Judicial Foreclosure Legal Assistant to prepare and process foreclosure-related documents. You will use analytical and mathematical thinking to ensure accuracy and coordinate with attorneys and clients.

Responsibilities include updating client websites and case management systems, reviewing documents, and filing correspondence while meeting deadlines and communicating effectively to resolve issues.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Paralegal certification or associated degree preferred.
• Typing speed 45 WPM and strong MS Office skills required.

Responsabilidades

• Update client websites and systems in the firm’s case management software.
• Retrieve, review and analyze client documents to ensure accuracy for filing.
• Prepare and file documents and correspondence.
• Prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
• Communicate effectively with attorneys, clients, or docket staff to resolve issues.
