Qualifications

• At least 2 years of Foreclosure Legal Assistant experience.
• Professional demeanor with clients and co-workers.
• Organized and detail oriented to meet deadlines.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; typing 45 wpm.

Responsibilities

• Assists attorney with management of routine case files.
• Prepares non-complex pleadings, documents, and affidavits.
• Conducts basic research such as title searches, estate checks, asset location and skip tracing.
• Reviews files and documents to gather information and locate missing records.
• Contacts client, debtors, attorneys, and courts for information and status updates.
• Negotiates payment arrangements and asset disposition for approval.
• Processes and follows up on post judgment executions.
