Responsibilities

• Caseload management of foreclosure matters and related actions from assignment to conclusion.
• Perform thorough reviews of loan documents and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Represent clients in court conferences, mediations, and motions practice.
• Provide legal analysis and strategy updates to clients.
• Draft and review pleadings, motions, and correspondence for foreclosure matters.
• Maintain accurate case management documentation.
