Responsibilities

• Comprehensive review of all conditions precedent to filing, including loan documents, financials, and demand letters
• Draft and review pleadings and correspondence to initiate actions
• Attend court hearings and communicate with opposing counsel
• Ensure all internal systems are updated to include findings, documentation, and recommendations
• Safeguard confidentiality and professionalism; ensure compliance with foreclosure, bankruptcy, and collections requirements
