Qualifications

• Active licensure in the Minnesota State Bar is required.
• J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school.
• 1–5 years of real estate, foreclosure, or creditors’ rights experience preferred, though strong candidates will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a portfolio of Minnesota foreclosure matters from assignment to conclusion.
• Perform legal reviews of loan instruments and financial documents for regulatory compliance.
• Represent clients in court conferences, mediations, and motion practice.
• Provide legal analysis and strategy recommendations with timely status updates to clients.
• Draft pleadings, motions, and correspondence related to foreclosure and litigation.
• Maintain accurate documentation in internal case management systems.
