Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Caseload management from assignment through conclusion, including title curative and possessory actions and post-sale processes.
• Legal reviews of loan instruments and financial documentation for regulatory compliance.
• Represent clients in court conferences, mediations, and motion practice.
• Provide legal analysis and strategy recommendations to clients.
• Prepare and review pleadings, motions, and related correspondence and accounting documentation.
• Maintain precise documentation in case management systems.
