Qualifications

• Juris Doctorate from an ABA-accredited law school.
• Active Minnesota State Bar in good standing.
• 1–5 years of real estate, foreclosure, or creditors’ rights experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Caseload Management: oversee Minnesota foreclosure matters from assignment to conclusion.
• Compliance & Analysis: review loan instruments and documentation for regulatory adherence.
• Advocacy & Representation: represent clients in court conferences, mediations, and motions.
• Strategic Advisory: provide legal analysis and client communications on cases.
• Legal Drafting: draft and review pleadings, motions, and correspondence.
• Administrative Diligence: maintain accurate case documentation in management systems.
