Qualifications

• Prior foreclosure experience as Plaintiff’s counsel is preferred.
• 1–5 years of practice in real estate/foreclosure/creditors’ rights is preferred; high-potential juniors considered.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a diverse portfolio of foreclosure matters from assignment through conclusion, including title curative and post-sale processes.
• Perform meticulous reviews of loan instruments and documents to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Represent clients in court conferences, mediations, and motions.
• Provide comprehensive legal analysis and strategy recommendations to clients with timely updates.
• Prepare and review pleadings, motions, and correspondence related to foreclosure and litigation.
• Maintain accurate documentation in internal case management systems.

Core Responsibilities

• Caseload Management: Oversee a diverse portfolio of Nevada foreclosure matters from assignment through conclusion, including title curative and possessory actions and post-sale processes.
• Compliance & Analysis: Perform meticulous legal reviews of loan instruments, financial documentation, and conditions precedent to ensure strict adherence to state and federal regulatory requirements.
• Advocacy & Representation: Represent the interests of the firm’s clients in court conferences, mediations, and motion practice.
• Strategic Advisory: Provide comprehensive legal analysis and strategy recommendations to clients, ensuring timely status updates and professional communication.
• Legal Drafting: Prepare and review pleadings, motions, correspondence, and accounting documentation associated with foreclosure processes and litigation.
• Administrative Diligence: Maintain the integrity of internal case management systems through precise documentation of findings and recommendations.

Professional Qualifications

• Licensure: Active membership in the Missouri State Bar in good standing is required.
• Preferred Credentials: Prior foreclosure experience as Plaintiff’s counsel.
• Education: Juris Doctorate from an ABA-accredited law school.
