Qualifications

• Knowledge of foreclosure fees, payoffs and reinstatements is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and accuracy in billing.

Responsibilities

• Process payoff and reinstatement quotes for borrowers and clients.
• Review funds and route to clients within 24 hours of receipt.
• Provide fees and costs quotes to clients.
• Create invoicing line items and attach backup documents.
• Communicate with clients and borrowers to ensure accuracy and service.
• Manage fee approvals in internal systems and client portals.
