Qualifications

• Proficiency with Excel and Microsoft products.
• Experience with foreclosure processes and fees is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle payoff and reinstatement quotes for borrowers and clients.
• Review incoming funds and send to clients within 24 hours.
• Provide fee and costs quotes and manage invoicing.
• Create line items and attach backup documents.
• Communicate with clients for accurate requests and service.
• Manage fee approvals within case management systems.
• Maintain confidential information and data integrity.
• Perform other related duties as needed.
