Job summary

BCG Attorney Search in Atlanta, GA is seeking an Attorney specializing in Foreclosure to join our creditors' rights team. This hybrid role combines in-office collaboration with flexible remote work and opportunities to handle a range of foreclosure-related matters.

You will draft and review legal documents, coordinate with paralegals, attend mediations and court appearances, and work closely with the state team while advancing professional development.

Qualifications

• J.D. degree required; licensed in good standing in all jurisdictions.
• Ability to work in a congenial, team-oriented environment.
• Excellent organizational, multitasking, and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Draft and review legal documents for second-level review by supervising attorney.
• Organize case files, track deadlines, and coordinate with paralegals and aides.
• Shadow senior/supervising attorney for mediation, court, and sheriff's sales appearances.
• Assist in preparation for legal appearances.
• Collaborate with state team and participate in weekly state meetings.
