Job summary

BCG Attorney Search in Saint Petersburg, FL seeks a Litigation Attorney to manage residential and commercial foreclosure litigation matters statewide. The role offers flexibility in work setting, including in-office, remote, or hybrid arrangements based on qualifications.

Responsibilities include handling cases from inception to trial, drafting pleadings, conducting depositions and hearings, and maintaining clear communication with clients and opposing counsel.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Active Florida Bar membership in good standing.
• Minimum of one year of litigation experience.
• Experience in foreclosure litigation preferred.
• Ability to independently manage a litigation caseload.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle all aspects of residential and commercial foreclosure litigation from case inception through trial.
• Draft and respond to discovery, pleadings, motions, and other litigation-related documents.
• Maintain professional and effective communication with clients, court personnel, and opposing counsel.
• Conduct depositions, evidentiary hearings, mediations, and court appearances, both in-person and remotely.
• Collaborate effectively with attorneys, paralegals, and support staff in a team-oriented environment.
• Manage an active caseload while meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality work product.
