Responsibilities

• Draft and review legal documents for second-level review by Supervising Attorney.
• Organize case files and track deadlines; coordinate with paralegals and assistants on case logistics.
• Shadow senior or supervising attorney for appearances in mediation, court, and sheriff's sales.
• Assist in preparation for legal appearances.
• Collaborate with state team; participate in weekly state meetings.
• Engage with Supervising Attorney in weekly one-on-one meetings.
