BCG Attorney Search in Atlanta, GA is seeking an Attorney specializing in Foreclosure to join our creditors' rights team. This hybrid role combines in-office collaboration with flexible remote work and opportunities to handle a range of foreclosure-related matters.

You will draft and review legal documents, coordinate with paralegals, attend mediations and court appearances, and work closely with the state team while advancing professional development.

Qualifications

• J.D. degree required; licensed in good standing in all jurisdictions.

Duties

• Draft and review legal documents for second-level review by the Supervising Attorney.
• Organize case files, track legal deadlines, and coordinate with paralegals and legal assistants on case logistics.
• Shadow a senior or supervising attorney for appearances in mediation, court, and sheriff's sales.
• Assist in preparation for legal appearances.
• Collaborate with members of the state team.
• Actively participate in weekly state meetings.
• Engage in one-on-one weekly meetings with the Supervising Attorney.

Requirements
